How to open an account?

Opening an account on Finnovating is 100% online and, on average, will take you less than 5 minutes.

Is there a time commitment for your Finnovating account?

If you open a free Finnovating account, there is no commitment on how long you need to keep your account open. If you open a Premium account, you commit to having the account for 1 to 12 months, depends the type of subscription.

Can I try Finnovating premium before buying a plan?

Yes, we offer free 15-day trials so you can evaluate Finnovating before deciding to purchase a plan. Try it here.

How long does my free trial last?

Try Finnovating Premium free for 15 days. To activate your Finnovating Premium account, you will need to enter your credit card information. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

At the end of your 15-day trial, your account will be automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time before your account renews at finnovating.com/settings.

How will I be charged?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. Depending on the option you choose, your account will be renewed at the end of each month or each year. If you choose to pay annually, you will save up to 20% compared to monthly payments.

What does the renewal process look like? Is my monthly/yearly subscription automatically renewed?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before the end of the subscription period. Annual subscriptions will be renewed automatically after each billing cycle.

What is the refund policy?

Finnovating does not offer refunds, except in specific situations and jurisdictions, as mentioned in our Refund Policy.

How do I cancel my plan?

Finnovating is flexible. You can easily cancel your plan online in two clicks. There are no cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept? What are my payment options for Finnovating Premium?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment via PayPal is accepted for customers located outside the United States. Invoices and purchase orders can be used for transactions over $5,000. While we don’t offer a way to pay by invoice, we do provide a receipt after the purchase has been made!

How can I buy a plan for more than XX users?

If you need a plan for more than 3 users, please contact our sales team. Otherwise, if you have purchased a plan online, you can add users to the product at an additional cost per user once the account is activated.

What’s the difference between Finnovating Premium and the Basic account?
